I have thge same problem. I am using Accesspress store. In my case I dont think the theme is the problem.

Thanks admin, I got the solution from your facebook page. I downloaded a new accesspress parallax theme from the link on your facebook page. I deleted the old one and replaceed it with the new one I downloaded and every worked out well. Thanks for a great job. Most people are not aware that there is a new one out there. Maybe you will put the instruction on the forum here.

Thanks I was having the same problem. I posted it here but didnt describe in detail as you did. My own contact for is not showing likewise the video from Youtube. I will appreciate any help that I can get.
