One thing to mention I did update my wp-config.php file to change
define( ‘JETPACK_SIGNATURE__HTTPS_PORT’, 80 );
to
$_SERVER[‘SERVER_PORT’] = 443;
since I am using https:// my ssl certificate is up and current.
Once again hope that helps.
I disconnected and reconnected to Jetpack.
I did not update Jetpack to the beta. Once I connected to Jetpack I published a post and the thing worked. I was able to publicize to all social media outlets I had connected to.
Specifically I did the following after reconnecting with jetpack.
I disconnected all social media settings.
saved
Reconnected all social media settings one by one saving each one as I reconnected.Tried publishing a post and it pushed all the data to the appropriate social media channels including a scheduled post which went off without a hitch.
HOpe that helps. BTW thanks for removing that information.
Don’t know what happened but this is what I did and it started to work.
Currently using Simple SSL and noticed in wp-config.php file the following from Simple SSL define( ‘JETPACK_SIGNATURE__HTTPS_PORT’, 80 ); so I changed that line to the following:
$_SERVER[‘SERVER_PORT’] = 443;
Then I disconnected all social media connected. Then I disconnected dashboard from jetpack. save all settings.
Then reconnected to jetpack. Redid all social media connections and save each one by one.
Did a scheduled post and viola… she works!!! OMG I am not longer standing at the bottom of a well yelling at the top of my lungs with nobody hearing what I have to say. Much thanks @jeherve
SSL Certificate using the site referred is A rating.
Was able to locate the debug file
Also went through know fixes. Found Simple SSL solution was using “” instead of single ” should that matter? I changed it and still debug page says I cannot connect to using current SSL setup. Any suggestions? Tried to download the beta jetpack but it says I already have it connected. Can you confirm this?

As I said I tried to install the beta but it says that I already have that version. Can you furnish the proper link please?
Thanks Jeremy
I added the text you have up there and copy/pasted it to the bottom of the file wp-config.php. Tried to locate file wp-content/debug.log
Cannot located the file debug.log
Looked up error.log no file.Tried a scheduled post no log.
Tried a publish now no post to that log.What am I missing here? Please advise.
Tried to download the beta version. Link says I have it already installed and won’t let me install it again.
