Thank you for the quick response and fix!
Hi Gregory,
Yes, enabling safe mode worked. I was able to place an order.
Will the spam protection be as good as it is without safe mode? ?? And is this the fix or will there be an update from you or Woo that will allow us to not use safe mode.
Thanks,
Debra
Thank you for helping me fix this.
For others with this issue, it was a Chrome extension that was interfering with the plugin. Very strange but I removed the extension and everything works now.
Support was very much appreciated

Update: Retested using Caldera 1.8.1 with Ajax and Autoptimize activated and form submitted no problem.
I narrowed down my issue with the form not submitting to a potential conflict with Caldera with Ajax submission and Autoptimize plugin. The form submits with Ajax with Autoptimize deactivated. For submits without Ajax with Autoptimize activated. I’m going to post the issue on the support channel.

I started the original thread and just noticed that all my settings are once again disabled. It seemed to have held for a while but now they are all disabled. Not sure if it is because I update plugins regularly or what.
OK seems to be working fine now. Must have been gremlins ??
Cheers
DebraHi – sorry got a bit crazy with the holiday weekend.
I did not try it with just that plugin enabled as it is on my live site. I did disable those plugins that aren’t visible from the live site (security, backup, autoptimize, spamshield, etc) I’ll test on another test site and see if it happens again and let you know what I find. Was curious if there was a plugin conflict list somewhere.
thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Helper won’t activateThanks that’s nice. One less plugin ??
What if I don’t want my clients to see what I have purchased that they aren’t using? I only want to connect the products they use, not all the other stuff they aren’t. I have several clients that use WooCommerce and this may cause some questions.
Plus I use InfiniteWP to manage updates from a single dashboard. Will these updates be seen in that interface?
Thanks,

In reply to: [WP Page Widget] Conflict with WordPress 4.8 DashboardAn update – I just went to another of my websites where the plugin was at 3.2 and the dashboard was fine. I upgraded to 3.3 and the same issue happened there.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Error 525 for users and database errors with WoocommerceA client of mine is having the exact same issue. About the same ratio and all worked fine until yesterday. Same incomplete empty guest orders. Nothing changed on the site. They are still running version 2.5.5 but all other plugins that have been used since the site was created are up to date. Will watch this for ideas on how to fix.
