You don’t need to specify number of videos in short code. Please go to Video Gallery settings and set number of videos there.

Then copy the short code and paste it in the page where you need the gallery to be displayed.

Your short code will be [videogallery view=”culture”]

Regarding Dailymotion thumbnail not working, We’ve gone through the issues that you’ve reported and in our test server and it is working fine. We guess the problem might be with the video id that you’ve selected. Please check the below screenshots and you will get an idea about it. If the problem still persist then please don’t hesitate to contact us for any queries regarding the same. It would be better to include screenshots or procedure that you’ve followed so that we will be able to sort out the error and avoid any delay in solving it.

Please contact the person who have designed it for you. It happens in that theme especially from the advertisement that you’ve displayed in your site, not from the video plugin. It would be better if you take an expert’s consultation.

We are happy to know that you are using Rio Video Gallery. The video doesn’t open up because, there is an overlay on top of your videos. So that, when you click on the video, actually you are clicking on top of that overlay, not on the video and the funny part is that the overlay is not visible. We’ve taken a screenshot of that overlay. Please find the attached files. Once you hide that overlay, the video will pop up as usual. Thanks again for your feedback.
