In reply to: [Checkout Field Manager (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce] Support & TicketsI do not have Facebook and therefore cannot respond there. As for trying to reach out to the developer via the website, I tried. The support system on the developers website is greyed out for messages and tickets. Hence, why I’m here in the first place. “If you’re not supposed to reply here in fear of getting in trouble”, please supply me with an alternate contact method so I can reach out to the developer directly. An email address would be great!
Thanks in advance

In reply to: [Checkout Field Manager (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce] Support & TicketsThank you for the response,
In regards to no longer offering products as a one-time purchase, this is not true. You can absolutely make a “Lifetime” purchase of WooCommerce Checkout Manager – Personal for $89. Pricing can be found on your website for both Annual and Lifetime. Please tap here to review –> WooCommerce Checkout Manager. I’ve also included a screenshot for your convenience. Please tap the following link –> QuadLayers Lifetime Purchase w/ unlimited support. If you could please help to get my support reactivated, that would be great.
On the other hand, your answer to use filters, worked! I appreciate it.
Thank you

In reply to: [Checkout Field Manager (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce] Custom feeThanks for responding,
Prior to your response, I purchased the Premium version of the plugin and was able to make it work for my needs.
Thanks
Thanks for your timely response,
I believe the newest update Version: 6.0.7.8 has fixed the issue. I will keep you informed if I find anything. Otherwise, I appreciate the awesome plugin.
Thanks!
Hi @gelieys,
Thanks for responding.
In regard to “Fields Visibility Mode”,
Yes, the “Visibility” and “Privacy” were and are set to “View everywhere” and “Everyone”. This is required to be on, in order to be able to view and fill out the registration form from the front end.In regard to “How to edit a user’s profile page & fill out or edit empty fields”
Yes, this is where the issue was occurring. The only thing that would appear in this area was the User’s name. Please see the image as referenceI was able to figure it out on my own. Here’s the solution for anyone else that may run into this issue,
– Click “Forms”
– Click “Default Profile”
– Make sure to enter ALL fields wanted. This will allow you to view and edit from the “View Profile” menu in the “Users” section, once the next step is complete.
Now for the most IMPORTANT piece,
– On the right sidebar (still in Forms in the Default Profile), you will see a menu called “Customize this form”.
Do the following,
– Apply custom settings to this form – Dropdown YES
– Make this profile form role-specific – Select all USER roles that apply
– Update*If you don’t select all roles that Apply, not even you as the Admin will be able to view or edit User profiles from the backend in the “Users” section under “View Profile”.
Thank you!
I have not received a response in quite a few days. Could someone from plugin support let me know if there is something wrong on my end, this feature not available or if this is an issue with the plugin? Any help would be appreciative.
Thanks for your time!
Thanks for the response,
I was able to create a Profile Form called “Registration Profile”, including the “fields” from the initial registration. I then created a landing page for the short code. I then added to the page to the menu for access on the website. I even turned on “Enable Profile menu” from the settings to ensure profile info would be visible.
Unfortunately, none of this works
I’m realize that the answers from the registration form come through as metadata. I also understand that I can include that metadata on the header just below the user’s display name from the profile editor within the forms section of UM. Meaning, I can see the info, I can’t edit it. Yes, there is a gear icon to the right. Yes, I can tap edit profile. But unfortunately, nothing shows up to edit
Thanks for your time
From the WordPress dashboard,
Go to,
1. Appearance
2. Menus
a.) Under Menu structure, you see all the menu items you have added. Each one of those menu items has an arrow pointing down on the right-hand side of the block.
b.) Click on the arrow for a menu item you don’t want to appear when logged out. A drop-down menu will open up
c.) Scroll down and you will see “who can see this menu link”, click on the drop-down menu and select, “Logged in users”.
d.) You will then need to select who can see the links when logged IN (customer, subscriber, etc…)
3. Repeat steps 2b,2c & 2d for any other menu items you don’t want to appear when logged out.Example: I have a PRODUCT or ACCOUNT menu that I don’t want seen by anyone, unless the (customer, subscriber, etc.) is logged in. I would follow the above steps.
