Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Homepage Settings and check A static page option is selected or not with Homepage assigned to Home. See the screenshot.
And also make sure the Business template is assigned to your Home page. Screenshot

To change the default header you can do this by adding the custom CSS code.
Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS and add the given below custom CSS code:

.page-title-section {
    background: #17212c url('enter image url');
}

I hope it will work for you.

The standard image size for the header is 1920 x 540.

You can change that image for the pages and posts by using the Unique Headers plugin.
Install and activate the plugin and you will see the option in the page/post editor to add the custom header image. Refer to the screenshot.

The option for the read more button is a part of our premium theme.
You can add a read more button here also for this you have to add content with a minimum of 156 characters so that the read more button will come automatically because there is a fixed length.
