Yes! That worked! Thanks so much!
Okay now even though the gallery is displaying, something is wrong with the icons linking to an external link. I have the setting correct here as you can see, but when I click on one of the icons from the actual page (gobbleupnorthwest.com/portland), this is what happens instead of being taken to the custom URL.
Please help!
Yes, I had to delete the images and re-add them one-by-one until I found the culprit.
If it helps I’ve been troubleshooting a little more and this definitely seems to be an issue with the specific Foogallery that’s supposed to be inserted right below the Raffle Prizes blurb [foogallery id=”5647″].
You’ll see there’s another Foogallery at the bottom of the page with all of our sponsors; that one works fine, and if I duplicate it and drag it to the spot where the dysfunctional gallery should be, it also loads fine. So it seems like it’s this specific gallery that’s causing issues. However, I have already tried creating a brand new gallery from scratch and re-adding the images that way, and the same issue still happens.
Can you tell me how/where to find the error logs?
Any ideas what might be going on here?
Yes, I have created a copy at https://gobbleupnorthwest.com/portland-copy/ and after adding the gallery, it looks like the page is having similar issues (though it doesn’t look 100% exactly the same as when I add the gallery to the original page.
Thanks,

Doesn’t sound like anyone has any ideas here–is there any kind of actual support for this plugin so I can find an answer to this? We are hoping to go live with this, this week.

In reply to: Critical ErrorDo you mean that is the plugin that’s associated with ExactMetrics? I couldn’t find the plugin but how do you know that’s the same one?

In reply to: Bakery blocks–something funky is going onI’m kind of at a loss here–the theme developer is totally unresponsive and I can’t figure out any other way to get a hold of them, and still pretty urgently need help with this issue. Anybody else have any ideas?

In reply to: Bakery blocks–something funky is going onI realize. Unfortunately this theme has terrible support (wish I had known that before we committed and built three different sites with it!). I’ve already reached out to them to see how I can renew my support plan to actually get an answer about this but historically they take 2-3 days to respond and we urgently need to get this page fixed as we have a big application launch coming up this Saturday. I’m hoping someone here who has more coding prowess than I do would be able to spot the issue in the meantime so I can at least cobble something together while I wait for them.
The plugin you suggested did not fix the issue, and I’m not sure how to fix the issue manually when it sounds like it’s being caused by Foogallery itself, and that Foogallery is the culprit that is displaying insecure content. Can you please let me know how to fix that specifically? Or is there another workaround here?
Thanks,
I actually do need to keep it protected with that same password which is why I included the screenshots. Are those not enough to show what the display issues are? I unfortunately can’t change the password mid-season as this is what all of our campers are using to access the site. Is there a way to share it with you privately if needed?

In reply to: Critical WordPress ErrorThanks. I was able to identify the plugin that was causing the problem by naming them one-by-one with “.disabled” after the folder name in my FTP client.
