In reply to: Gallery is running off the pageUnfortunately the same problem is happening in incognito mode as well.
When I right click on the gallery and say ‘Inspect,’ here are the errors that show up on the console. Is this what you mean?

In reply to: Gallery is running off the page@sterndata Unfortunately that wasn’t the problem–still running off the page, and the captions don’t “fly up” like they used to, they are just displayed statically over the image.

In reply to: Gallery is running off the pageOh, how strange. Do you have any idea why it’s looking cut off on mine?

@steveush I’d like to revisit this gallery problem now that our show is over and we have some downtime. Even with recent updates, the Masonry gallery is still not working on my site (e.g. https://urbancraftuprising.com/preview-night — there should be a gallery displayed right below ‘Raffle Donors’).
Can you please help me troubleshoot?
Thanks,
@bradvin @steveush Ack, I’m sorry, I spoke too soon. While my gallery is now working on our urbancraftuprising.com/winter-2017 page, galleries are not loading on urbancraftuprising.com/preview-night (under ‘Raffle Donors’) or urbancraftuprising.com/sponsors (under ‘Sponsors & Friends’).
Please help!
@bradvin Thank you!! Don’t know how I missed this reply yesterday but the Custom Ready Event fix was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for your help!
@steveush I’m sorry for the repeated messages but I’m starting to get frantic and feeling like I need to switch to a new gallery plugin and redesign our vendor gallery from scratch as we simply cannot have our vendor page not displaying right before the show like it is right now. This feels infeasible to rebuild from scratch right now given our time constraints; are there any other fixes here? Can I / should I downgrade back to an older version of WP?
@steveush Okay my apologies, there were two different problems going on here. The “write to disk” problem had nothing to do with the plugin–I was out of bandwidth on my server and wasn’t able to write to my site at all because of it. Got that fixed now, and I’ve deleted the upgraded version of the plugin, and reinstalled the older version that you gave me the link to.
However, when I view my gallery, it is still stalling (see urbancraftuprising.com/winter-2017).
Please help!
I tried installing this manually by simply uploading the contents of the zip file to my wp-content/plugins directory, but then when I went to my Installed Plugins page and clicked Activate, I got this error message:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Warning: require_once(/home/urbancra/public_html/wp-content/plugins/foogallery/includes/constants.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/urbancra/public_html/wp-content/plugins/foogallery/foogallery.php on line 27
Could you please help me figure out what’s going on here and why it won’t let me install this older version?
I’ve deleted the plugin, then attempted to upload the older version’s zip file. I get this error message:
Could not copy file. foogallery/freemius/templates/account.php
Do I need to uninstall the updated version first? I’m worried that if I do, my galleries will be deleted. What can I do to avoid this?
@steveush Thank you, however when I upload that Zip file I get the error message “Failed to write file to disk.”
@steveush Yikes! This is really bad news because our big show is coming up and this is when our Vendor gallery gets ALL the traffic we’ve been building throughout the entire season. Is there any gallery template I can switch to, in order to make these show up?
The page that is actually the most crucial at this moment is urbancraftuprising.com/winter-2017 — this is our vendor gallery that tens of thousands of people will be directed to visit over the coming 2 weeks and these galleries cannot be broken for this period of our business cycle. It is far too late in the game for me to switch plugins and design these galleries from scratch; is there any quick fix to allow them to display, even if not as pretty as I’d like? Another plugin I could disable in the meantime to allow this page to load? After Dec. 3rd I can try to fix the problem for real but between now and then, display of this page is crucial to our business.
