It is looking like one of the Plugins you are using should be causing this issue. In fact, the “Import Demo” action failed and somehow any one of those (Theme or Plugins) involved should have reset the DB contents inherently.

Someone needs to debug that action Because I’ve already lost my production contains and I do not want anyone else to be victimized of it. Please, someone, debug that action.

Please keep posting and let us make the contains better.

Well, I was relying on your 3rd point ie.
3. None of the posts, pages, attachments or any other data already existing in your site will be deleted or modified.
So, I trusted and rely on that statement and apply the Demo Importer (which obviously failed in the middle) and once I refreshed the screen – all the contains were deleted. Furthermore, I literally went into the DB (tables) and it was empty.

Could you please suggest the way to recover it.

Suggestion:- could you please put the message in RED BOLD BLOCK that don’t ever try to use DEMO IMPORTER in existing site., in the meantime until you resolve that issue coz I do not want any other people to be victimized by it.

Please suggest to resolve it.
