That would be great, giving people the option to enable/disable the function depending on their theme would be an excellent compromise ??
Thank you for replying and considering my suggestion, its much appreciated ??I agree physcial and perceived scores are minimal, I just prefer to see conditional based assets being called only when needed, rather than loading constantly on every page load.
You see its 48k for your plugin, but if someones got 6 plugins all loading 48k because they think “its not much”, it starts to become a problem when really those plugins are used on seperate, indivdual pages.
If every plugin done this, it would make the world lighter ??- This reply was modified 9 months, 2 weeks ago by rivmedia.

In reply to: [Advanced Woo Search] Pagination on Search pageLooks to be related to a Woocommerce product filter using AJAX on the sidebar. Disabling Ajax for that plugin resolves it.
Will let the developer know ??

In reply to: [Advanced Woo Search] Pagination on Search pageThanks for the reply, I had already tried that and results per page i can change, it does change the amount of products displayed just fine. But clicking the pagination still gets an error.
We are seeing this as a problem too, this slow query is showing up on most pages in the Admin panel, on a large site slowing down the entire admin panel. Why does it need to be loaded on pages which are not anything to do with Woobe functionality ?
Many thanks.

In reply to: [Mammoth .docx converter] Strange “a” elements within HTML headingsWould love to see an option or ability via an action to remove these from being inserted.
Sometimes its not viable to remove anchors from the originating documents, especially when producing content on scale and they are needed for pre-publishing editing.

In reply to: [Mammoth .docx converter] Retaining Image file names from doc ?Hi Michael,
You are absolutely correct, For some reason my editing of the alt text did not save in the Google doc before i exported. This is working great, I can now instruct my writers to fill out all that info prior to export ??

In reply to: [Mammoth .docx converter] Retaining Image file names from doc ?ah just tried it, unfortunatly the alt text isnt retained when exporting to docx ?? so all images are saved as word-image.jpeg
Such a shame as being able to quickly export from google doc’s into a post is a huge requirement, can’t believe no one has come up with a standalone solution yet, Wordable isnt a good alternative in my opinion.

In reply to: [Mammoth .docx converter] Retaining Image file names from doc ?The alt text isnt retained, however wordable ( a google doc to wordpress post tool ) manage to retain the file names from a google doc export to wordpress.
However its good to know that the file names are pulled via alt text, I can instruct our writing team to ensure alt text is added at Doc level, rater than at publishing level
Also seeing these, with 2.8.1. Rolling back to 2.8.0 works ok. :

In reply to: New User created | Blog got hackedWe’ve cleaned up a few sites today, same users being used. They are also injecting a backdoor/file into the uploads folder.
Check the databases for hidden admin users which do not show up in the WP admin.
The WP GDPR compliance plugin is the cause.
