HI there…yes the issue still persisting. How do we set up a session for a developer to go in and debug it?
Ok I entered a ticket from the link you provided. Note that the support ticket doesn’t have Better Payments as an option in the pulldown menu for products.

I have checked the version and it is the current version 1.0. We had another transaction go through successfully to strip but the Better Payment plugin is tagging it again as incomplete. This is preventing the emails from going out as the transaction for some reason is not showing as complete. Again in Stripe we see the payment come in successfully.

Thanks for your reply. So the issues is that the API key is correctly inserted both in the global settings for Better Payment, and in the widgets that are installed on the actual web pages. For some reason, the routing to Stripe is working fine and then some random evenings it stops working. We test it here on all browsers, devices etc. and the user is correct in that it is no longer routing to Stripe. The only fix we have been able to figure out is re copying the exact same Public API key in to the global settings and all of the widgets Stripe settings on the web pages. Then it works again. I have checked with Stripe and there is no issue on their side. We never see any attempted payment for those failed routings as the user never gets past the proceed to payment page.
