Hi-I switched the theme to the default theme, deactivated all plugins except Contact Form 7, Really Simple SSL, and Yoast SEO, and cleared all cache data. Unfortunately, there’s still no luck!

Thanks for the respond. I am not using the search URI displayed in the brpwser location bar but yes it is displaying in the form of “/?s=clean+energy”

How can I fix this?
