Hi @pkpjjha1990! This may be a conflict with a plugin or theme. Please turn off all plugins and activate one of the default twenty- themes. If this fixes the problem, you can turn them back on one by one to find the source of your problem.

If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Hi @javanhtv! Since the change to text size occurred after updating the Divi theme, I think the theme developers may provide more specific support. I was not able to find Divi in the core theme directory. It looks like the Divi support forum is members only: https://www.elegantthemes.com/forum/. Do you have access to ask a question there?
