Another reason getting access should be the priority is that it is essential to keeping the site online. For instance, if the renewal isn’t paid, the site may disappear forever.

Once you have access, you can follow the steps from the “changing the site URL” page: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/changing-the-site-url/.

You can use this method: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/changing-the-site-url/#changing-the-url-directly-in-the-database and you can find phpMyAdmin in the hosting account’s control panel.

Hi @225mc1r ?? Think of WordPress as a website-building software. You can download WordPress from www.ads-software.com or your host (BlueHost) may let you install it as part of the hosting package.

So yes, you are correct in that you can use the core WordPress software that can be found on www.ads-software.com.

Hi @notebookled! It looks like you may need an add-on to an eCommerce product. I recommend specifically looking for one that allows you to add in multiple places on a map, such as with a short code. I had the best success searching for “map delivery area plugin” and found some options.

I would recommend starting with some of the publicly available documents on the developer’s support page.
