I have realized why they weren’t uploading.

My images are being cut off now, how do I get them to fit my theme?

I have also tested the other slides shows on my front page (where the one that is working is located) and they still don’t work so it seems something with the plugin and not my site.

I have created four slideshows but only one is working (the one on my front page) When I put ay of the others into a page it just shows the arrows to change the photos but no photos itself.

I have done that and now a square has appeared in the title section.

Surely there should be an option to hide the sidebar?

Someone else set up my hosting so I’ll have to ask them later.

I batched resized some photos and uploaded them and it did solve the problem.
One photo I uploaded doesn’t show up though even though it’s smaller in size (MBs) and smaller in dimensions than the other photo on the page which has confused me.

It’s a shame Jetpack doesn’t have rectangles as I’d prefer that to the mosaic, I would just put my photos on a page without creating a gallery but I like the carousel.

Does anyone know of another plugin that works with the wordpress gallery that puts your photos into rectangles and has a carousel with exif data like jetpack does? I know there’s light box for the carousel but I want my photos displayed in rectangles.

I tried to install jpegtran, optipng, pngout, and gifsicle but I can’t work out how, I’ve downloaded the zips and unzipped them but I can’t work out how to actually install them. When I activate the plugin it also says that my system administrator has disabled this function.

I’m awfully confused.

I have Windows 7, I’m not sure if I’m downloading and trying to install the wrong jpegtran file for my system or I just don’t understand how to install them.

I don’t really want to have to manually resize them you see.
If you could help me with installing one of the two that would be great.

I cleared it and no change.

I guess what you’re telling me to do is to add that code to end of it, I took it out because it doesn’t work. I have added it back in for you now.

I added them in the same box, I’m really confused to what you’re telling me to do.

I added it into the themes User CSS.

That doesn’t do anything sadly!

I’ve replaced the code with the new one and all the links under ‘Gallery’ are now showing but they aren’t aligned under each other like they were before.

I have just realized that the code you gave me has now caused my drop down under ‘Gallery’ to center the ‘animals’ link and is no longer showing all of the links.
