I went around and around and around with the email from WP and your instructions and punched a lot of buttons. About the 4th time around I seem to have hit on a right combination and the site came back to life.
I suspect the problem will be recurring.
Ultimately, I think it has to do with the PHP thing. I don’t understand it and just cannot figure where I have the wherewithal to accomplish that update. I think I was also told there are added monthly fees and was advised not to bother unless one wanted to foot the extra cost.
I don’t know.
In any case, I can access the site normally now, and that PHP message is still there.
