I am having the same problem. I have Divi Builder installed, but not on the product page. there are no defined amounts. Here is a URL for a page in our staging site (we have the problem in the public site and staging site).

@mmatousek – I agree. The file I was trying to export was very small.

I have the same problem. Just installed and tried with both Chrome and Firefox.

I just deleted the plugin. Too much hassle.

i have 2.0.52. i have cleared cache and deactivated both plugins that had caching. there is no server caching.

i just updated to 3.2.1 and can’t replicate. all is working well now.

I was able to resolve the issue by rolling the plug in back to the 3.1.3 version from 3.2.0.

I’d show you what was happening but don’t see a place to upload a screenshot.

here’s the error message:

Request-URI Too Long
The requested URL’s length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.
Additionally, a 414 Request-URI Too Long error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
