There are quite a few Javascript error on the page, which is interfering with PopupAlly. Once you get the Javascript errors corrected, the popup will function properly.

Could you please make sure you have updated PopupAlly to the latest version? The issue of not being able to close the popup on mobile devices was fixed quite few updates ago, and it should be fixed in the latest version. I just tested in Chrome and it is working as expected.

You need to set up the Thank you page in Mailpoet. The Thank You page setting in PopupAlly is only used to stop the popup from appear for visitors who have seen the page. To enable the redirection, please configure it through MailPoet.

You need to use a template that has 3 input fields. I recommend using the “Limitless” template. When I paste in the code that you provided, I got 4 options in the dropdown: FNAME, LNAME, EMAIL, and b_894a6ab61b647e862c18a082a_c350802a17.

Thank you for the suggestion. Exit-intent is not partial to right-ward movements. It only detects upward movements.

For the “-1” issue, please try clearing cookie or using Incognito Mode in Chrome as shown in the tutorial.

PopupAlly can integrate with any email marketing platform that provides HTML code. As I am not familiar with Jetpack, I recommend you contacting Jetpack support on how to get the HTML form code.

If the popup appears once and not again, it is probably due to the “Appear every [x] days” setting. It is designed to avoid annoying your visitors. To work around it when testing, please clear the browser cookie and/or use Private Browsing as shown in the tutorial

Is the issue still happening? I visited your visit and the background overlay is not cut off and everything looks fine.

The site is in development mode, so only you can see it. I can only see the “under construction” graphics.

One of your plugins or theme is adding

tags to a lot of the elements, which is preventing the exit-intent popup from activating. I recommend looking into the issue.
