I still don’t see the PopupAlly code being included on the page. Could you please take a screenshot of the Display Settings (particularly the page selection section) and send it to [email protected]? We can take a look and see if that is the cause.

It seems like you are using a custom template for your page. PopupAlly requires the template to implement wp_head and wp_footer to function properly. Is it possible that those hooks are not implemented by the template?

I do not see PopupAlly being enabled for the page. Can you make sure it is enabled for that page in Display Settings?

Also, the page has existing javascript errors (including not being able to load JQuery), which might cause issues when the popup is enabled.

If you select both option for the same popup, then that popup will only appear every 14 days, regardless whether it is shown as a time-delay or exit-intent. I think it is exactly what you need: on the desktop, the popup will appear both as exit-intent and time-delay, depending on which one is triggered first. For mobile users, the time-delay popup will appear, as there is no mouse cursor to detect exit intention.

The letters are in uppercase because it is defined to do so in your theme:
– In the CSS definition, all submit buttons (form input[type=”submit”]) are configured to have upper case letters: “text-transform: uppercase;”

Please ask your developer to remove that clause, and the button will appear as in the preview

Hi Margaret,

The popup is working for it. You have configured a lot of Thank You pages, which is probably why the testing is not working: once you see the Thank you page, the popup will never show up again.

Please do the following:
1. Uncheck all the Thank You pages
2. Clear your browser’s cookie (Google how to do that for your specific browser)

This should do the trick.

Based on what I can see, the popups are not enabled for any of the pages. Can you please check the following:
1. ‘Show for all page’ is checked
2. No page/post (0) is checked in the ‘Except for these posts/pages’ section. It is possible that you have excluded “All pages” and “All posts”

A good way to check is to go to the edit view of a page/post, and the PopupAlly widget to the right will tell you whether any of the popup is enabled.
