In reply to: [PopupAlly] Plugin worked once and then stoppedHi Margaret,
I took a look at your site, and no popup is enabled for any of the pages I checked. Can you make sure you have both ‘exit-intent’ and ‘time-delayed’ checked (with 5 second delay for test)?

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Plugin worked once and then stoppedHi Margaret,
It is probably because you set the popup to appear every 14 days. Please take a look the tutorial section on how to make it appear every time. ??

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Popup not shown on Frontpage (Custom Post List)Hi there,
The header code for PopupAlly is properly included on the front page, so the selection in Display Setting is correct. It is definitely an issue with the theme and/or a plugin you have installed. As the popup is showing up on other pages, it is not an issue we can resolve with PopupAlly.
Best,

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Popup not shown on Frontpage (Custom Post List)Hi there,
I took a look at your site, and it is a probably a theme/page template issue. PopupAlly uses the hook wp_footer to add the popup to the page. In your case, it seems like your theme did not include wp_footer as part of the front page template. You should contact your theme developer regarding this issue, as every theme should implement that hook.

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Plugin Not Compatible with OptimizePress 2 Theme?Hi Chi,
Glad it is working now!
For the embedded sign up on the blog page, it really depends on how the page is set up. If it is configured as a page, then you should see it in the Display Settings selections. Based on what I can see, that page is not selected to show the embedded popup, so it is either not selected, or it is excluded specifically.
Also, it could be issue with the template used by that page. I would ask your developer and see how they configure the blog page.

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Plugin Not Compatible with OptimizePress 2 Theme?Hi Chi,
It seems like you have set the home page as the Thank You page for Popup 1, so the popup will not show on the Thank You page. Please de-select the home page from the Thank You page selection and clear your cookies, and that will probably fix it. To set up the Thank You page, please take a look at the tutorial
https://ambitionally.com/popupally/tutorials/thank-you-page-setup/For popup 2, I am not sure why the embedded plugin is not showing up. It could be an issue with your theme, and you should contact your developer about it.

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Signup form used in pop up appeared embbed on home page alsoHi Alex,
The popup is showing up as part of the home page because you have the “Embedded” option enabled. Once you uncheck that, the opt-in form will disappear. ??

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Signup form used in pop up appeared embbed on home page alsoHi Alex,
You can select which page to show the popup on in Display Settings.
https://ambitionally.com/popupally/tutorials/#configure-display-pageAs your Home page is a page, you can either selected it explicitly, or just check the ‘Front Page’ under ‘Special Pages’

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Plugin Not Compatible with OptimizePress 2 Theme?Hi Chi,
I took a look at your site:
1. Popup 1 does not seem to be enabled for any of the pages. I tried the Home page, About Page, a post, but it is enabled for none of them. Could you please make sure it is enabled?
https://ambitionally.com/popupally/tutorials/#configure-display-page2. For Popup 2, it seems like you have ‘None’ selected as the embedded location. Once you change that, you should see the sign up form appearing.

In reply to: [PopupAlly] Plugin Not Compatible with OptimizePress 2 Theme?Hi Chi,
The plugin has been working well for most themes. We have not seen any issues with Optimize Press 2 theme.
Could you please give us the URL for a page where the popup has been setup? We can take a look and offer possible solutions.
Best,
Robin

In reply to: [PopupAlly] pop up not popping upHi there,
I am glad you like the plugin.
I visited your site, and the popup is appearing as expected. The popup is set to appear every 14 days, which could be the issue you are seeing: it appeared once, and you need to wait 2 weeks for it to appear again. We have some easy tips on how to make the popup appear without the wait:
