Hi,
Well I think I figured part of it out – had it set to the wrong PayPal email address associated with the Paypal account set up for this business. We did receive a confirm email after going through the correct address for that account. Since it’s a site in development still need to change over to the permanent url and test again as the email addresses I set to copy in on the info weren’t working yet. I may be back for more on this thread when I change domain name. Fingers crossed
Thank!

In reply to: [Preference Lite] Blank Template for Child ThemeSO if I do this, it’s not going to automatically update my site, it will just be an extra on my computer drive?

In reply to: [Preference Lite] Blank Template for Child ThemeI have already made some modifications, which I was going to transfer to the child theme. Can I get the code from somewhere cut and paste into a text editor then upload?

In reply to: [Preference Lite] Blank Template for Child ThemeI assure you THERE IS NO FOLDER in there. I DO HAVE the parent theme installed. AS indicated already. This is very frustrating, no one is really reading my email. I would send a screen shot but there is no way to do it. I know if I sent a link I would have to send a password,to my directory and I am not sharing my password. THIS IS THE DIRECTORY I AM LOOKING IN:

In reply to: Child theme templateYes, I looked in that folder as well. No template. This is what the author wrote: “To help you get started, I’ve made a custom blank child theme for Preference Lite which is ready for you to make any changes to your theme. This will be found in the theme files in a folder named “child-theme”. So, I looked in BOTH places, up one level, down several levels, all over. Still no template anywhere. This is the site.
