Hi @andi-saitenhieb,
Sorry to hear you’re having this issue. It sounds like it could be caused by a plugin or theme incompatibility.
Have you tried disabling all your plugins and switching to a default (Twenty*) theme? If the problem goes away, you can then enable them one by one to identify the source of the issue.
You can also install the Health Check plugin to troubleshoot. It will add some additional features under Tools > Site Health. You can Enable Troubleshooting Mode on its troubleshooting tab, which will disable all plugins, change the theme for you, and test compatibility issues. This will occur while you are still logged in and should not affect normal site visitors. This page offers a more detailed description of how to use the Health Check plugin and its Troubleshooting Mode.
Hope this helps.

In reply to: Global styles on Gutenberg do not allow to select gradient I addedHello @madleine,
Thanks for sharing this additional information. Let’s see if we can figure this out.
It looks like you added the gradient color to the palette, which is a great first step. The palette allows you to add and manage the different colors that you want to set for your theme and the global elements of your site. The reason you don’t see a change is probably that the color has not yet been applied to any specific element. Once you define and save a palette of colors, you can follow these steps to customize the different global elements of your site:
- Open the Styles interface and click on Colors to open the Color panel.
2. From the Colors panel, under Elements, you can change the color of your site background, text, links, headings, and buttons. If you want to change your site’s background color, for example, click on this element.
3. From the Background settings panel, you will be able to choose a specific color for this element.
Please note that the changes you make here will be applied at a global level. If you don’t yet have content in the templates, such as text or links, also keep in mind that even if you customize the color of these elements, you may not see them applied.
If you want to learn more about the Styles interface, you can check this guide: https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/styles-overview/.
Let me know if this was able to help.

In reply to: Global styles on Gutenberg do not allow to select gradient I addedHi @madleine,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. To understand the problem better, could you clarify if the gradient is not clickable, or do you mean the changes are not being applied?
Also, have you recently added any plugins to your site? Does this happen with the default Twenty Twenty-Three theme?
Any additional information or details on what is not working as expected, or a screenshot, would be very helpful in troubleshooting the issue. Thank you!

In reply to: Product filters and out of stockHi @spillo98,
I understand you want to hide out-of-stock variations from the filtered product results. Is that correct? If you are using the WooCommerce plugin, I recommend asking in the support forum at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/ so the developers and support community can help you further.

In reply to: Page Title in Tab — Not Reflecting Changes MadeHi @mikes66,
I’m glad this was fixed! If you go into the page that you have marked to be displayed as the homepage (in the “All Pages” screen on the left menu), at the bottom of it, you can also find the Yoast settings option for that specific page. I think that’s the location they are likely referring to. I hope this helps!
If you feel the question has been answered, marking this topic as resolved whenever you have a chance would be a great help.
Thank you!

In reply to: Page Title in Tab — Not Reflecting Changes MadeNo need to apologize for asking! That’s what the WordPress forums are for ??
I opened the site in different browsers, and the title in the home page tab now reads “Display Group – Event Production, Rentals, & Design,” so I just wanted to follow up. Were you finally able to find where to change it?

In reply to: How to send an ebook after Stripe payment ?Hi @jemethai,
I understand you would like to customize the order confirmation email template to include a download link for the e-book. Is this correct?
If so, I recommend you ask at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/, as the plugin developers and their support community will likely know more specifically how to guide you.

In reply to: Page Title in Tab — Not Reflecting Changes MadeHi @mikes66,
Do you mean the title of the home page tab in the browser?
Looking at the source code of your site, I see the
<title>
tag is set to “Home Revised – Display Group” in your Yoast SEO configuration, so perhaps this could cause the issue you’re facing. You can try reviewing and updating the Yoast SEO configuration and settings in your WordPress admin dashboard.
Hope this helps.

In reply to: thumbnail image not showing when sharing on whatsappHi @leda121,
You can use the Facebook Sharing Debugger tool to check if the Open Graph metadata is correct and up-to-date. Enter your website’s URL in the Sharing Debugger tool, and it will show you a preview of how your page will look when shared on WhatsApp or other social media platforms. If the preview image is missing, make sure that the
og:image
property points to a valid image URL.If the issue persists, I recommend you ask at?https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wordpress-seo/?so that the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

In reply to: Woocommerce – code appears on the filling partHi @agnesa, it sounds like a conflict may be causing the calendar icon in the date range field not to display correctly. I recommend you ask at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/ so that the plugin’s/theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.

In reply to: [WordPress PWA] Build a PWA with PluginHi dglite,
Thanks for reaching out to us but I am afraid our plugin is not what you are looking for. It turns any publisher’s site or blog into a Progressive Web App (PWA) – not into a native mobile app. PWAs don’t need to be uploaded to the app stores because they use the web. Think of them as websites on regular mobile browsers. You can learn more about our solution at https://frontity.com/get-help.
Hope it helps.
