I followed @elementorninja solution and it worked for me as well. I CAN NOT THANK YOU ENOUGH; I wasted a lot of time trying to find a solution through other means.
I had same issue before. I fixed it by doing this.
Please go to Elementor plugin settings.
Go to Advanced tab
Switch Editor Loader Method to “Enable”
Save changes
And it worked.
I could edit page with Elementor then.
