Solved! I was looking too far into the problem and I was confused as to why it was showing in landscape only.

The mobile visibility button was not activated as you suggest ???♂? Thanks very much for your help.

Thanks very much for your reply. The screencast shows what I am getting at my end too. The problem is that the menu should be displaying the menu items (ie home, etc) and not just the search and social icons. When the device is turned to landscape and the off canvas menu opened, those missing items are displayed as expected.

Do you know what may be causing this to happen in portrait only?

Resolved. Managed to sort this out with a bit of self learning and CSS tweaking to adjust the transparency.

Thanks for the response. I have managed to resolve the issues relating to the background and spacing but still having difficulty editing/customising the category headers that appear on the images (not the page title area). There are no controls for this in the customiser that I can find.

I’m looking to customise the white rectangle and text. It displays ok on desktop and tablet but needs bit of tweaking for mobile devices (opacity and location on the image).

Is there a function or workaround for this at all?
