Hi Scott,
Thanks for reporting this issue. Let me share this with the team for review.
We’ll follow up with any updates.
Best,
RobHi @mirkoe,
Glad you reached out.
The plugin does not allow you to offer a free ‘paid’ ticket, or zero ‘pay’ ticket.
You can either offer a ticket that has a set price that you collect a fee for, with the built-in ecom platform, or you may offer an RSVP ticket. The RSVPs are set with no price.
See these guides for more details:

RobHi @jbonlinea,
Glad you reached out. We haven’t seen any reports like this so let’s narrow down the issue to see what could be causing the problem
First make sure the site is to the recommended settings:
1. Exclude the plugins from cache/code minify as this can cause issues on the site: Check out the Caching Guide?for steps
2. Use PHP 7.4 or 8.0. You may read more in the PHP 8 Support guide.
Afterwards, follow the steps in this Conflict Testing guide exactly as instructed to eliminate any possible conflicts from other sources. Install and use the WordPress 2020 theme for the best testing resultsPlease let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Troubleshooting with view of list of eventsHi @delphineblanc,
It looks like something is affecting the column widths or there may be too many columns.
One suggestion may be to untick unused column boxes in the WP-ADMIN → Events → Screen Options section (top right corner).
Or you can try adjusting the columns width using a third-party plugin –?Admin Columns.?This plugin is free, and you can also find it in the Plugin Directory in your WP Dashboard.?Best,

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] The site loads continuously after the updateHi?@alexisfontana74
Are you using the latest release of the Event Tickets plugin along with the latest Events Calendar version? See the full released versions here. Make sure both plugins are in the same date range or as close to their release dates. Both plugins work together so it may be another issue here. See if opting out of the Telemetry setting helps. You may find the the option under Settings for both Events and Tickets in your dashboard.
Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Beaver Builder Lite and Events Calendar FreeHi @akanchuk
Glad you reached out.
Have a look at our Beaver Builder & Themer guide for help with this theme and the Events Calendar.
To troubleshoot issues, follow the steps in the Conflict Testing guide to help narrow down any sources that may be affecting the events functionality. Keep in mind to exclude the plugins from cache/minify, and use the prefered PHP version.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Integration with Donor PerfectGlad you reached out and thanks for your patience.
Unfortunately, there is no integration with Event Tickets and donations.
You can find more information on how the plugins work with another donation plugin here. However, it does not include integration with the Event Tickets.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Extensions download link not working as expected?Hi @wpexplorer
Glad you reached out and thanks for letting us know about this.
I was able to test the extension download and it’s working as expected. Once you agree to the terms with the checkbox, the button downloads the file as a zip file. The zip file also works with uploading the file to the Plugins page, and it properly activates.
I’ve seen this happen to Mac users where compressed downloads auto-extract zip files so you immediately see the included files. Or maybe it was fixed ahead of time.
Thanks again for reporting this.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Update Outlook 365 Calendar changesHi @ceef454
Glad you reached out.
At the moment, there is no way to “push” changes out. Once a site visitor subscribes to your calendar of events, the user’s calendar will sync events and any changes. You may find more details in the Subscribing to and Exporting Events guide.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Change the Meta Title for Calendar ViewsHi @yrzhn
Glad you reached out. And thanks for reporting this.
I wonder if it might be affected by the default view you can select in Events > Settings > Display. Its usually set to List. And looking at the code, default and list are set to the same title.
Let me check on the expected behavior for this code.
We’ll reach back out once there’s any news.
Thanks for your patience.
Best,
Rob
