I do see you listed Event Tickets Plus, which gives you access to Premium Support. If you have a current active license, please login to your account to access Premium support.
Are those the only plugins active on the site? If not, please run through our Conflict Guide to help troubleshoot and narrow down the issue.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Problemas con Event CalendarHi rebecucha
Thanks for reaching out and for your patience on this. Are you still having the time issue? If you are, try:
1. Check your timezone settings in WordPress (set to your specific location, not UTC)
2. Also check Event > Settings > General tab, Time Zone Settings >Time zone mode
3. Check PHP timezone. If you go to Events > Help and find the System Information section, you’ll see this:
DEFAULT PHP TIMEZONE = UTCThat should always be set to UTC when using WordPress, otherwise it breaks things.
You’ll need to reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to fix that, or you could possible do it yourself if you have that kind of access.
For the Yoast issue, can you give me more details? Are you updating fields for the Event, saving and the changes are then in the Yoast fields correctly? Where exactly are you not seeing changes?
See if this article helps: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/yoast-wordpress-seo-plugin-conflicts/

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Adding a SidebarHi @nicknagle
Thanks for your message and patience on this.If your theme offers a page template with a sidebar, you can change which page template is used for the Events pages in Events > Settings > Display > Events template. Additional templates that show here are what your theme provides. If your theme does not offer a page template with a sidebar, you would need to create one and add it to your child theme. Then it will show up in this list.
If you need more information about creating a custom WordPress Template, check out this link: https://www.ostraining.com/blog/wordpress/custom-sidebar/
You can also modify and create custom templates for the Events templates as well. You can read more about that in our Themer’s Guide. Then take a look at the Single Event template here
Hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any more questions about this.`
Thanks
Rob

Thanks for reaching out and for your patience. I’m sorry about this issue.I took at look at your site in both English and French, plus I visited the Events page and a single Event page. It looks like you fixed the issue. Great job!
I’m not sure which version of our plugins you are on, but we have been introducing new Views in our plugin.
We don’t directly interface with Polylang, and typically sites using this plugin discover a setting that needs adjustment.
You did a wonderful job troubleshooting step by testing the theme. To add to that, you can test plugin conflicts to further narrow down the cause using our Conflict Guide here.
Thanks

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. And thanks for your patience and including a link to your site.I can see the problem still exists on you site. Since you tried the options in that KB article you linked, let’s expand the troubleshooting to other possibilities. Please follow this Conflict Guide to test the theme and other plugins. A staging/test site might be appropriate if you are unable to run this on your live site, or a time block of low usage.
Thanks
