You may need to flush your permalinks–you can do this by logging in to your WordPress Dashboard. Navigate to Settings > Permalinks from the sidebar menu, and re-save your permalinks by clicking the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. This will flush and re-save your permalinks, which can help to resolve lingering issues of this type.
Next, check out the Caching Guide to exclude the plugin from caching as this can affect the the event pages and calendar. There are links to specific cache plugins. Also review this Caching Basics guide for a lists of folders to exclude.
Please let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] “Add to calendar”-button-translation missing?Glad you reached out. You can translate any text string provided by our plugins using the Loco Translate plugin.
?
There’s an article at?https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/managing-translations-with-loco-translate/?showing how to use it properly.
?
Please note that the “Add to Calendar” string will be on the Events Calendar free plugin, so you’ll need to select that plugin when using Loco Translate.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] events not displayed in events page listHi @r3ddog
Glad you reached out.
We’ll need more information on the issue, but it sounds like you are looking at the WordPress dashboard under Events and no events are listed.
Follow the steps in this Conflict Testing guide exactly as instructed to eliminate any possible conflicts from other sources.
Also make sure the site is using the recommended PHP version, and check the Cache Settings.
Please let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Input fields for latitude and longitude?Hi @torkeller
Looking at the screenshot you linked shows the coordinates fields. It matches the screenshot found in our Troubleshooting Google Maps.
The coordinates found in your screenshot also match Google Maps for that address.
If the screenshot is not of your site, and those fields are missing, you may have a conflict on the site. Follow the steps in this Conflict Testing guide exactly as instructed to eliminate any possible conflicts from other sources. Make sure to use the WordPress 2020 theme (a non-Full Site Editor theme).

Glad you reached out.
That’s odd, most of our guides have the name in the URL so I’m not sure which article you are referring to. To better navigate our guides, start here on our main Knowledge Base page, then use the search bar to find help on specific topics.
Here’s a link to the Configuring Filter Bar to start with.
