Nice catch with the PHP version! Yes, the plugin is not fully compatible with PHP 8.1 at the moment and may produce errors. Please review our guides on PHP requirements and the efforts on PHP 8.1.
There are also some known glitches with Avada that may still need to be addressed but let’s start with the PHP version and go from there.

Then run through a Conflict Test to see if the theme or other plugin maybe interfering with the event pages.

We have not heard of any migration process executing on it’s own. The migration process involves two tasks, a preview and a migration, both which need a user input to run.
Also, once a site upgrades to any 6.0 version, it removes any legacy templates, functions and views. Any custom code that referenced older code would immediately not work. So the situation sounds odd.
Your idea to restore a recent backup sounds like the best option to get your site back and then add the missing events.

From your first screenshot, it shows an issue with the Events Calendar plugin not being properly installed.
The screenshot also displays an error from a third-party plugin integrating with the Events Calendar called ‘Duplicate TEC Event’. This third-party plugin can causes issues with the latest release of the Events Calendar. That plugin has not been updated in over 5 years and is not affiliated nor support by The Events Calendar.
During the last few years, the Events Calendar plugins have gone through some major updates, including retiring legacy code affecting calendar views, and now a whole new events system with an improved backend to help with performance.
The latest version of Events Calendar 6.0 includes a feature to duplicate events within the WordPress dashboard. Check out our guide on Duplicating Events.
We recommend deactivating third-party plugins that may not be compatible with the Events Calendar. This should help you properly install and update our plugin. The event migration should work afterwards.
The second screenshot I’m not sure of or why that message would display but it may clear up once you resolve the above.

That’s a great question. At the moment, each site needs to be visited to run the migration process, as there are stop points in the migration process that will likely need to be reviewed, such as the preview report and any messages for corrective measures that might come up.
I’ve shared your need with the team, and it’ll be reviewed as a possible enhancement (internal #BTRIA-1431). Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a time estimate if or when it’s possible to do.

I’m not able to reach your page link (it times out) but we are currently working on an issue with venues details and the DIVI theme (TEC-4505).
The solution should be out in the next maintenance release. We’ll be sure to reach out we have an update if this is the case.
