I noticed that the reminder emails do not respect the minutes I set into the plugin settings, but they are sent as soon as I visit the website again.

I don’t think the plug-in is working correctly, because is it impossible to know if users will visit the website again.

Honestly I don’t think the issue is only related to the user role, because the plugin was unable to sync to the ActiveCampaign account only some users.

Anyway I left the Limit User Roles field empty and it seems to work fine, but sometimes I get the following error: “No contact ID for user. Failed to apply tag(s)”

Do you know what may be the reason for this error?

Yes, I have already selected the subscriber role into the “Limit User Roles” field.
I also tried to enable all user roles, but the issue remains.

The two websites have the same structure and settings, the same plugins and the same layout. So I don’t understand why on one website it works fine and on the other it doesn’t.
