I think the better solution is to seek external help. It’ll be quicker.

No it did not work. It just whirled & whirled and then stopped so I pressed SAVE again and it whirled away but it does not show on the sidebar.

However, the text widget still retained the details I pasted in it. So that can be construed as progress?

Meanwhile – how can I get this WP2.8 widget glitch resolved?

I use Thesis theme. Apparently its the mother of all themes and conntains zero defects…?! Yeah, OK I’ll ask Chris if he can explain the scrolling problem. I’ll also deactivate the plugins and activate one by one.

Which files do you need to edit and in which folders are they found?

I want to add an image to the Read More tag but have not been able to pick up which files you are discussing or in which folder they are located.

OK I have at last got the upgrade to reflect 2.5.2 correctly. But I still cannot delete nor can I see the images I insert in my posts when I preview or publish them.

Any ideas? Anyone?

Thanks for sticking with this! It is appreciated.

Insofar as resolutions go I am at a deadend now. But can live with the internal navigation problem but not the other two which are vital to continued blogging.

I’m at a loss as to why suddenly I can’t see the images I insert into my posts. This isa fresh problem Only about a week and a half old.

And I still cannot delete posts despite ridding my site of those two index files.

And to top it all the one post that I am so keen to publish has a great graphic on which the article hinges. Without the photo as a reference point the article is mute and out of context.

We’ll keep tring!
