You mentioned that this works on some computers/devices, but not on others. If this was reported by one of your customers, please check with them what’s the browser they are trying to place the order from and check if you can replicate the issue. From what I understand, after updating WooCommerce you’re getting the error presented above. Does that sound correct?

First, I encourage you to create a staging site and to upgrade without any other plugins enabled if you’ve got a previous version of the current site. If it works, you can repeat the same process for the live site.

Furthermore, please let us know what’s the WooCommerce version you upgraded from.

Finally, share the System Status Report with us. This can be found in WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > System Status.

I tried to access the site mentioned above but it appears there are some restrictions coming from the server as I’m getting a “Error 1020/Access Denied” error.

From what I understand you’d like the current theme to have WooCommerce support for the shop page as currently, the products are visible through the Blog page. Is that correct?

It’s best to use a staging site during testing to avoid any issues with the live one.

From what I understand you’d like to merge carts from a multisite configuration so it can be paid only through one order. As @lukefiretoss suggested, I think WOOCOMMERCE GLOBAL CART might be a good place to start.

From what I understand you’d like to display the categories at the bottom of the shop page instead of at the top when you choose to display Products & Categories from the Customizer.

This can be switched but it will need some extra coding changes. Please check this thread on how to do it:
