This is fixed in version 3.1.0, which as now available.

We did indeed change the front page in some situations (some of out hosting customers need it), but it was unintentionally also executed elsewhere. But upon first activation and upon each update.

This is now fixed.

That is absolutely not what we intend. We are investigating this right now and get back to you soon.

Hmmm… I really have no clue what could have cost that. The plugin has been tested very heavily by more than a dozen testers for the last few weeks. Even on a few local installs. Never has anything remotely like this happened.

And was it clear to you that this plugin is beta (specifically to be able to fix problems with all kinds of different setups) or should we make that more clear even?

I’m not sure what goes wrong. Can you please elaborate more, so we can fix this?

We do both develop and test our plugins in local installs on our laptops. And also the zip files we release we do test on local installs regularly. So I’m not sure what’s different with your setup.
