Hmmm….

Well, I did dabble with the idea of a custom menu. But, I only had it active for a few minutes, before deciding to go back to the standard menu for what I needed, and I deleted the one I created. Just double checked, and it’s no longer there.

Neither I, nor the person who set the site up immediately, installed a cache plug-in, so that’s not it, and I just emptied my browser cache to make sure that wasn’t it. (which it wasn’t).

Well, all I know is I’ve added pages all along, yet they’ve never automatically appeared in the primary menu until just now.

ACK!! So I just set Primary to Primary and it’s gone. Glad it’s fixed. But, that’s not something I’d have changed. Did it get reset during the latest WP core update?

When I go to the Manage Locations tab all three fields (Primary, Secondary, Footer) say “Select A Menu” so I’m assuming that means they’re not set. Right?

Truthfully, I hadn’t. The company CEO liked the look of the testimonials, so asked that they look the same. I just figured I would make due with the plug-ins I already had installed, and didn’t even think to look for something more specific.

Thanks! That revolved the problem. I hadn’t seen the second response with the code when I posted this query.

My bad. I think I should have posted that to the Strong Testimonials forum, rather than TablePress. I threw an ugly color on the table background, and see it’s not the same area I was talking about. ??

OK, then it sounds like I’m fine. I was just concerned with what happens when the parent theme adds a whole bunch of changes compared to the original version the child was based upon. What happens then?
