Well, it’s not solved after all… If I access the Account Details to complete information, I select 1st level location and it displays correctly. Then the icon of loading appears and then the 2nd location field is shown. But The list is empty.
But, if I ignore that field and click Update Account, the data is saved. After that, I click Account Details again to show the saved information and 1st level location is the one I’ve selected and the 2nd location field is shown. If I click the 2nd location field, the 2nd locations are displayed and I can save that information.
Is there a way to fix this?
