I haven’t heard of any similar issues – I would suggest opening a ticket on WPML.org for further investigation.
Can you visit Products > Attributes and check to see the ordering configuration you set there in each language?
It may be best for you to open a ticket on WPML.org to review the issue closer.
I’ve reached out to our developers for feedback, please hold on for more information
Sure, you can translate the email content through String Translations, this module is included in the Multilingual CMS package. You would do the following:
1. WPML > Theme and plugin localization > Select ‘Translate by WPML’ > Save
2. Then on that same page scroll down to scan your theme and plugins for strings.
3. Visit WPML > String Translation > Search for the email texts you wish to translatePlease reach out via our WPML.org support forums as we may need to access the site to review the error in detail. As the site is a bit custom you may need to reach out to one of our certified partners for consultation and or custom programming.
Thanks for opening a ticket on WPML.org, This is the best way to resolve an issue such as this.
This can be done with CSS, though the css can change with the theme – set the container div to display:none;.
.wcml_currency_switcher {
display:none;

In reply to: [WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency with WPML] Error on checkoutDid you also disable non WPML plugins included woocommerce add-ons to test the issue?
If you visit WPML > WooCommerce Multilingual > Multiple currencies, independent of languages – you’ll see a grid of currencies and languages. From this grid you can turn a currency off for a particular language so that it is not accessible via the switcher.
see this document: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/multi-currency-support-woocommerce/
Great, I can see our internal ticket has been registered. It may take time to resolve but as your in touch with Helena please refer to her for updates.
Unfortunately I cannot provide a specific timeline as to it’s release but our developers are in testing now to ensure the fix is stable. Thanks for your patience.
If you have tickets on WPML, those supports would be reporting compatibility issues to devs as well.
I seems that some of the errors are coming from your theme, does this issue persist on a default theme like twenty-fourteen?
If the issue persists with the default theme and all non WPML plugins deactivated I suggest that you open a ticket on WPML.org so that we may take a close look at the issue.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency with WPML] updating exchange rateCurrently there isn’t an option for this in WCML. However, there is a plugin that does this, https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-currencies/
Even though they claim WCML / WPML compatibility, note that it doesn’t appear on our list of compatible plugins and WPML can only ensure those items. https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/
Have you installed and duplicated your media with WPML media translation? Visit WPML > media translation > Start to initiated the creation of media translations.
I’m assuming that the vendors are set as Custom Post Types? If you visit WPML > Translation Management > Custom Posts > can you set vender to Not Translate?
Alternatively can you duplicate the vendor into the secondary language?
There is no compatibility project in our internal ticket tracker on WC product vendors so it would be best for you to create a support ticket on WPML.org for a more thorough review of the issue.
