In reply to: [Customizr] works wellSo I have had some issues with this theme.
I would rather not build my own theme from the ground up but may have to unless I can get through my current issues.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Issues with 2 columns layout and validation messagesWhere is the right place? Are you trying to override the default placement of such messages?
Check your block-level elements and css to ensure they ‘stack’ as expected. You will want to be sure that the divs you are targeting are contained within a targetable element so you can position accordingly.
Best of luck.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] submission confirmation issueThis is an odd issue because it is only intermittent in the sense that it works as expected in one browser (Chrome) but not for other browsers.
Has anyone encountered this issue who also resolved it?
If so, I’d appreciate hearing from you about how you managed to resolve it.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] 3.8.1 Contact Form Redirect Mess Caused by NextgenYour issue looks similar to https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/submission-confirmation-issue.
I am starting to suspect this is a javascript issue.
Do you have any thoughts on root cause?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] submission confirmation issueAny thought on my issues?
I’ve identified the environment where it works and where not.
Any guidance would be most appreciated.

In reply to: Unable to login to site after URL changeYou could try –
Restore from backup, (if you made backups)
Else,
log on to phpmyadmin
export the database SQL
Open in your fav text editor
Run a find and replace
Find [original/file/path]
Replace [new/file/path]
go back to phpmyadmin, delete the database and import the one you just fixed.
Takes a bit of time but worked for me when I made the same mistake. Not sure if the changes to wp over the last 18 months would prevent this kind of fix.
First backup the database and all the wp files. If it doesn’t work you don’t want to be in THAT position.

In reply to: Everything redirects to homepageI’ve just checked again… the links are still working.
It would appear that the problem only happens when you are logged in.
You could try a silly work-around of creating a new user account with admin during the 15 minutes, log off from your admin account and log in from the new account. Just to see what happens. Worth a go.
Best of luck with this.

In reply to: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_initial_constantsUPDATE 2:
I logged in to cpanel and noticed that I had a failed backup notification. The failure was caused by running out of memory.
I increased the memory and initiated the update from installatron.
Everything is now working.
I suspect the problem was that I ran out of memory.

In reply to: Blank Screen – Wiped out my whole siteYou will need to ftp in to the site or access the file manager first to find the files and make the appropriate changes.
It would help if you identified the files you were trying to change and the actual changes you made.
Best of luck with this.
