I think I might have it. Can you try the development version again. It is 3.0.7 now. I still have not been able to replicate the issue on my personal site, which makes it difficult to debug.

Now I see the issue again. I will try to figure it out.

Thanks for setting up the test site. I took a look, and I don’t quite understand what is wrong. It looks like it is working okay to me. I notice that the last two items in the sidebar are added not from collapsing categories but through a navigation menu. Could you explain the problem one more time?

Thanks for testing. Sorry you are still having issues. I am not sure how I can help further though if you are using 3.0.5. Could you try 3.0.6 one more time so I could debug a bit more?

Okay. I think I fixed it. I updated the development version to 3.0.6. Can you give it a try?

I understand the issue now better Boris, but I haven’t found a solution yet. It will probably be next week before I can really focus on it.

I released 3.0.5 a couple hours ago.

I made a mistake the last time I released. I accidentally called it version 6.3.1 (the latest WP version). I am not sure if it is going to come up as “new” now or not.

Thanks for the additional testing. Are you expanding posts as well as categories? Expanding top-level categories seems to work fine on my site (robfelty.com/blog)

One of the changes I made was to get rid of jQuery. Most of the functionality can be achieved with vanilla javascript and css now. Unfortunately I could not get the animation (easing) working correctly, and I decided it wasn’t that important.
