I had the same problem recently between GeneratePress and Easy Table of Contents with the latest versions.

As a workaround I put custom CSS in the customizer and that fixes the bug.

Yes, I misunderstood the meaning of this button.

I wanted to talk about resizing the “ok” button in red.
The button gets bigger, the color changes, the text gets darker
