Hi Phil,

I tried all the troubleshooting tips I could find relating to your plugin but nothing worked. I certainly don’t want to purchase the Pro version of your plugin if I can’t get the free one to work.

I ended up installing a different developers Pin It plugin that worked immediately with no issue.

Hi Ben,

Thank you for your feedback and the info about Compressor.io. I will evaluate my uploading methods and determine a better way to post so my images don’t time out.

Will try to sort out why the Pin It button is being flaky.

The reason I had asked is because another theme maker offered a basic child theme in their support section.

No worries. It seems relatively straight forward to create one.
