Update:

I have tried deleting and reinstalling first advanced.php and then db.php and object-cache.php as directed on the error messages but now I get this when I try to access my admin area:

Found a solution worked for my may not work for everyone but this is what I used in my style sheet and it removed the bullet

#content ul.lcp_catlist li {list-style-type:none;}

okay so I added this to my css .lcp_catlist {list-style-type:none;} and I use this for my short code [catlist ID=1259 class=lcp_catlist orderby=date order=DESC numberposts=1 content=yes] but the bullet will not go away any idea what I need to fix here? I just need to get the bullet to disappear

r.e. post categories, this is already possible, you just need to associate the post categories taxonomy with the event CPT.

Can some one explain in complete novice terms how to do this or provide and example code?

I looked at that code and placed in my functions php what would use for a word to show custom post type for events?

Daedalon Thanks I appreciate the help its coming along but it’s a work in progress lol https://www.207rewind.com/Events/ do you know if there is a way in the submit event form to make it only show United States in the drop down instead of all countries?

And also is there a way to use already created wordpress categories with this instead of categories created under event categories?

Oh sorry one more and add custom fields for people to enter like Contact and website

1. How to get images that people submit with events to open in light box I already use it on my site and have the plugin installed

2. How do you remove or make the balloon on maps smaller

Also I submitted the sitemap_index as you recommend but I also submitted the 4 other sitemaps included within do I need to do this? If I already have will this create a conflict? Should I delete them all and only have the one sitemap-index.xml?

This resolved yet? I’m having same issue tried code but just made my upload boxes disappear all together not what I want to happen. Need to get arrows to stop spinning disappear or at the very least send person to a page that says successfully submitted or something

Hmmm guess I need to brush up on how to edit my theme then so that I can achieve a similar look. Always hesitant to mess with my theme afraid I’ll make a mess of it lol
