Hi Takayuki. Thanks for the note, which I did read before posting. I assume you are referring to the part that says “commercial theme vendors who bundle third-party plugins with their theme packages”. If so, the BuddyBoss theme does NOT bundle your contact form plugin, or other third party ones either.

Since your initial reply, I did contact BuddyBoss. However, they again referred me to you.

Ok, I didn’t realise that. Thanks for pointing this out. Would what I’m trying to do be possible by re-coding my child theme and/or the plugin? If I find a developer on Fiverr, for example, should they be able to do it?

PS Just to add that I am temporarily using another plugin called ‘Role Based Redirect’ to achieve what I need. I would prefer to use only your plugin in order to minimise chances of code conflicts in the future, so will still welcome your help in resolving this.

Just an update to say that I realised that I has mis-assigned the roles I was testing with, so I have partially fixed this. However, it seems I’m only able to apply this for one user role, not for multiple user roles. I had set up three redirection instructions, as shown in the screenshots here and here. The first one works, but the second and third do not.

Thanks. It turned out that the problem was related to the Multi Step for Contact Form 7 (Lite) plugin. They have fixed the problem.

This support forum is for the “Contact Form 7” plugin. There are a lot of WordPress plugins with similar names (like “Contact Form 7: The Form Awakens” or something). Although most of them are add-on plugins for Contact Form 7, they are by different creators and this support forum is unlikely to be able to provide solutions for third-party products.

If so, does this means that the problem is related to the add-on and definitely not to Contact Form 7?

Thank you very much for your quick response and release of the update, it works now. However, the logo title does not work (which I did not spot before). When I hover over the logo mentioned in my first message, the title that shows up is the site title as set in Customize > Site Identity.

Just to clarify, are you saying there is no way to exclude a couple of the images from appearing on mobile devices?
