Thanks thats a great start,
However I need to ensure no details of the customer are sent out.
If I do as above when the administrator and 3rd party receive the confirmation the customers email is used in the “from” can this be removed?
alternatively could the automatic report be sent to the 3rd party and exclude certain data from the CSV file, I have tried to do this but not having much luck
