I am new to WordPress and chose Charitable Plus after looking at the various options provided by other donation plugins. I’m surprised by this review, as even though new to this, I was never in any doubt that I needed to pay to get facilities such as Gift Aid or Stripe.

I’m very pleased with the support I had from Charitable in helping to set up my form and on reading their response to this review I’m most impressed by their response and going the second mile to take feedback on board and act on it.

Apologies Takayuki, but I have now deleted the Contact Form 7 and installed a different contact form which was, I regret to say, much simpler to set up and edit and is functioning correctly.

That’s correct. I’m not sure what the action was immediately beforehand, although I thin the first time I noticed it was after activating Charitable Donation plugin. I tried deactivating the charitable plugin but that didn’t help.

Is it worth my while uninstalling the contact form and reinstalling it?

Regret that didn’t work. I deactivated all plugins, switched to Twenty Seventeen, then reactivated the contact form 7 plugin. I still couldn’t access the first lebelof the plugin and when I tried to add a new contact form I still got the same message – “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I’m wondering whether I should completely uninstall the plugins and then reinstall?

I’m using the Givingpress Lite theme and am running the following plugins… Yoast SEO, Charitable + Charitable Gift Aid. I also have Organic Customizer Widgets installed but have not yet used this

Do you know how to change it do the same font as the main menu?

I’m having a similar problem, but want to increase the size of the font for the page title on the featured image. Can I do this either in the ftp file or in the style sheet? (N.B. I only have the lite version of the theme)
