The caching plugin is stripping out both the standard REST API link headers and elements that we use for API discovery (https://developer.www.ads-software.com/rest-api/using-the-rest-api/discovery/). We’re investigating adding a manual method to allow customers a more advanced (and cumbersome) way to tell us what the store API endpoint, add security keys etc. but unfortunately we don’t have that available at the moment.

We’d have to investigate more for your specific store (I’ll be sure to have a look this week) – as mentioned on your support ticket its possible the selectors we are checking for would just need to be tweaked. Sometime it takes an extra step to make sure robot ninja is looking for the right things. WooCommerce stores can be quite customised and come in many different configurations.

I’ve had a look at your site and the gateways you use are unfortunately ones we don’t support at the moment. It’s not ideal but we don’t/can’t support every single payment gateway that there is available for WooCommerce – we are working towards more support – but it is going to take time.
