Hi Gregor,
Done and it works perfectly now!!
For context, I haven’t migrated recently but I use wp-optimize to clean up the db.Thanks a lot for your help and this 5 star plugin!
Have a nice day too
Yes, I will enjoy it too!
Thanks a lot for your help LogoLogics.
Hi LogoLogics,
Yesterday I received an email from Nuxit:
“We transmit your file to our development subsidiary in order to investigate closely on the concern…”So before sending my back office details to Nuxit Team, I rechecked my wordpress to offer a clean view of my system and by the way I tryed again to save/publish my page and BOUM, working!
I tryed again, tryed the french version… everything worked!
Tryed GTmetrix, sometime 5 sec with 104 request, sometime 10 sec with 131 request.
Two day before it was between 12 sec and 20 sec! Same for the Home page (+-60% faster). For experiment on test page, I inserted 2 times the template of my full page, then 3 times, 4 times without trouble, at 5 times I started to feel a little bit of
slow-down.Already 3 weeks that the problem persisted, I will try to learn more about this miracle !
Hi LogoLogics,
I set the memory limit to 512M then 1024M on the config.php file, both seem to be supported / recognized, (Elementor system information), but no change!
On this page, I only use the short code from Contact form 7.
I just experimented again,
When I reach the limit and i’m unable to save the page, removing a section with short code or the movie section with 3 youtube links or a text section make me able to save it.
I created a page to test that using the template of the problematic page.
When I remove maps from the page its not enough.
To be able to save this page I need to remove 3 entire sections,
(for the third one, a text section is enough. look like more related to length than weight or both) This makes me think of a free version limitation.Yes, I tried the “loading editor method” without improvement.
Ok!
I already solicited Nuxit about this question and there was not really helpful,
their last advice was to move to a real private server!
I will go back to they with all this new infos. This 413 error happened on this page only (both languages).
I am not used to this panel and I cannot see live activity but after all my tries of today :
About Cpu usage, there is nothing above 10%.
About Ram Memory, nothing above 30%Here is something related, when I press save/publish (in elementor),
the 413 error appears in less than 2 seconds, the green line does not even appear!Still a big thank to you LogoLogics!
Oh no, sorry for my bad english!
I change of Nuxit offer after these isuues accured. This could be around the moment I installed Cerber.
“So between the time all worked just fine, are there changes that could trigger this?”
No change of hostingI change of Nuxit offer just when this trouble arised because I was not able to customised the php memory limit and others..
So I change from Nuxit web pro to performance 1 (who is kind of mix shared/private host,
according to the Nuxit guys)Server Environment
Operating System: Linux
Software: Apache/2.4.10 (Debian)
MySQL version: (Debian) v5.6.36-82.1
PHP Version: 7.0.23
PHP Max Input Vars: 100000
PHP Max Post Size: 256M
GD Installed: Yes
ZIP Installed: YesTheme Name: GeneratePress
WordPress Environment V4.9.8
Memory limit: 256MOh my god!
I used GT metrix few month a go, and strangely the result was far from this!
If I remember well this page never execeed 5 seconds, as well I just tried my Home page (who is really short and simple) and the result is over 8 sec!Thank LogoLogics to point this!
As I say before everything was running well since few month with the same page length and wordpress configuration!
Sorry LogoLogics I forget, here is the page URL :
https://www.yogabreezebali.com/200hrs-yoga-teacher-training/De-activating all other plugins, yes I did the first day, like I set the value WP-DEBUG to true ! I also tryed the TwentySixteen theme, without improvement.
Today (with all the plugin de-activated) I tryed to downgrade Elementor plugin !
From V2.2.7(last) to 1.98, the error ’’413 Request Entity Too large’’ appears after pressing the save/publish elementor button.
From V1.8 to 1.7x the page can’t be save, after pressing the save/publish elementor button (the green barre load, then stuck at 100% browser width).
