I went to the logs tab for woo commerce status. I see a test-log.log, when I click on view it doesn’t show me anything. I don’t see any other log that has the word error in it’s name. The test log is the only log that is listed.

    Hi,
I only have 21 published, non-private products. The total number of products is still less than 50.

The status message does show “ready” after it has done the manual refresh. When processing it displays 0% for a few seconds. I don’t think I’ve seen it go over 0%, in case this means anything. The whole thing is over in just a few seconds.

Is there any way at all to do a manual generation of the XML feed file without relying on cron jobs? If that is possible then I would just regenerate the feed file once, each time I make a change.

Thanks for the reply. I turned off my caching plugin so I don’t think it could be because of that. I had also tried to refresh the feed file manually. Is the manual refresh dependent on WP-cron? Is there any way to manually generate the file myself independent of the cron jobs?

Thank you very much for your help. That seems to have done the trick.
