Having the same issue. Weird because button above is treated exactly the same and it displays fine. But then 3rd button down, regardless of how many times i create it always runs together.
Any help would be MUCH appreciated!
My last response can be disregarded. The forms are working again magically. So thinking it was a server based issue that rectified itself after i noticed the issue.
Thank you Bel for helping us figure that out. I have not edited anything and just this morning when i went to preview the form, i am getting the message “This content isn’t available. Contact the owner of this site for help.”
How and why is this happening now all the sudden? We have not changed anything.
I have been trying to play around with the size settings in “Popup Settings > Display > Size”. There is only Size of popup (60%), Min-Width (50%), and Max-Width (50%).
When on DESKTOP, the popup opens nicely. If you reduce the browser width at all, the right edge of the input cuts off and if you keep narrowing it, the inputs start to cover each other as well.
On MOBILE, the popup is centered and only 50% of the screen and the inputs are maybe 2 letters wide and stacking again. Some are even lower/higher than others. So this is not behaving responsively at all!
Sorry, i forgot to mention that you have to click on the orange “TALK TO A SPECIALIST” button to activate the popup.

I am trying to play with the size settings, but when the browser is narrower, the inputs aren’t spacing and they start to stack on each other as well as the right edges are cutting off.
Hmm, ok i definitely do not have that screen you are showing.
We have Version 1.13.1 installed
Under the visual/text editor there is a box “Popup Settings“. Within that on the left, i have:
– Triggers
– Targeting
– Display > Display Presets > Appearance > Size > Animation > Sounds > Position > Advance
– Close
– AdvanceNowhere under any of those is there a “Dimensions” box.
Under “Size” i have these options:
– Size (I have the dropdown set to “Normal – 70%”)
– Min Width (I have it set to 0%)
– Max Width (I have set to 0%)I have screenshots i can share if needed.

Hello! Just checking in on this and seeing if the close “X” on mobile has been fixed yet?
Great, thank you!!
Sorry, we just updated to 3.69 right now.
After doing so, i’ve cleared cache and tested. While viewing in Safari on my iPhone, when i click the “X” button, the “x” button disappears, but the popup does not. If i push where the “X” button was, it reappears. This repeats with each press.
Hello! We are using Popup Builder Version 3.68.5.2.
We have tried clearing cache, many times!
Hello again!
We are using the safari browser on mobile. The issue is ONLY ON MOBILE. Desktop works just fine.
BUMP! Did my last message sent 3 days ago get through?
