Still get a BLANK page at /wp-admin after replacing all the files at the root of /wp-admin (I used the original wordpress 3.8.2 zip file and unzip it, then replaced all the .php files at /wp-admin).

So what should I do next to fix this issue ?
anyone ?

OK, I found the solution to this problem.

I mentioned that while I was updating the plugin WOOCOMMERCE the page stood still and went blank.

So now I renamed the /wp-content/plugings/woocommerce to _nogood_woocommerce and now the /wp-admin page works fine

Go and figures !!

another update to previous posts, as for some reason it doesn’t let me edit it (the edit link just disappeared and I’m logged in with same acct).

Anyways, the https://estefania.zapto.org site did fixed itself.

But NOW I have a problem with the admin site, it shows in BLANK https://estefania.zapto.org/wp-admin/

After updating WordPress from v3.5.1 to v3.8.1 I got that same pop-up.
I use that updater ( https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/jquery-updater/ ) and still getting the same pop up window saying BlockUI requieres jQuery v1.3

When I installed the updater I got a message saying that Twenty-Eleven needed some translation into ES (spanish) and at the end said it didn’t worked.

So what should we do NOW ?

The output message was:

I cleaned up my browser cookies and history and not solution yet.

Also did what @jason102178 did, copied the https://malsup.github.io/jquery.blockUI.js and replaced it into my wordpress site, which is located in www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/Assets/js/ .. and cleared cookies, but NOT solution yet.

UPDATE: The solution to get ridd off this pop up is here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/blockui-alert?replies=33 but Somehow the update from WordPress 3.5.1 to 3.8.1 damaged my first page, the slide-show of 5 pictures is broken, instead of a slide the 5 pictures show in the same page one under the other.

never mind, I hadn’t read the intro, now I see where ‘album-lightbox.php’ came from.

I think I figured it out.

Change mvandemar’s album-lightbox.php file to reflect the following changes.
1) Change Line 22: replace ngg-album-compact with ngg-album
2) Change Line 23: replace ngg-album-compactbox with ngg-album

This worked for me. Now I have an album in extended view that displays a thumbnail of each gallery. When each thumbnail is clicked, the respective gallery opens in Lightbox.

I’ve been looking for that file “album-lightbox.php” in nggallery and prettyphoto-media folders and I cannot find it anywhere. where exactly did you get that file ??

mi amigo, eres un salvavidas, te agradesco del alma la informacion que me diste sobre poedit, trabajo tal cual lo dijiste.

Yo venia imaginate traducienod manualmente lo que habia en index.php, sidebar.php etc, y pues logico siempre habia algo en ingles al navegar el sitio pq no era posible en esa forma ver todo traducido.

Lo unico que si no funciono muy bien fue en la parte admin de wordpress, aun se ve lo que es el vinculo “Evolve settings’ la mayoria o casi todo de esa pagina de configuracion en ingles.

Respecto a eso de ‘la pagina del autor’ que va en 1.6 donde exactamente la bajo, y sera debido a eso q no veo traducido en wordpress admin lo de evolve theme settings?

Una pregunta, tu viste un archivo que esta e /languages llamado ‘/Evolve.Pot ? ese archivo se supone que uno puede agregar la traduccion a ‘msgsr = ” ” para cada frase que hay ahi, yo lo hice pero al subirlo no hubo ningun cambio.

a lo mejor tu puedes saber ese archivo que funncion tiene y si acaso hay que crear una carpeta llamada ‘es’ dentro de /language y subirlo ahi?

De todos modos gracias por enviarme el archivo traducido, si es la ultima version de evolve que salio Feb 8th ?
