OK I half figured it out. Yes there is some info in the Help documentation, but it only shows the shortcode parameters. There is no mention of the tag part of the shortcode anywhere, ie [flv] [/flv]
Anyway, I managed to get my video half working using the following code:
[flv] https://www.jumblemedia.net/wp-content/videos/FestivalWinds.flv [/flv]
But it doesn’t play and show a Error #2048 message.
Any ideas?
