Thanks for all your replies and help. This issue has now been resolved with an update to the Downloads Monitor plugin.
Hi @nlpro, @shanedelierrr
I get these two errors in the browser console:
reports.min.js?ver=4.9.14:1
GET https://mywebsite.co.uk/wp-json/download-monitor/v1/user_reports?_wpnonce=ac813e16e3&user_can_view_reports=1&offset=0&limit=40000 500 (Internal Server Error)
reports.min.js?ver=4.9.14:1
Uncaught (in promise) Error: Something went wrong! Reports response did not come OK -
at DLM_Reports.fetchUsersReportsData (reports.min.js?ver=4.9.14:1:4639)Yes, temporarily deactivating the SolSec plugin resolves the errors instantly.
Yes, this issue happening while using the latest version of the Solid Security plugin (9.3.3).
Hi there, thanks for your reply. I have tried both of these suggestions within Solid Security’s settings and there is no change.
What else can I try?

Hi Pronl,
Thanks for the reply. Sorry, my post wasn’t clear. To clarify:
After clicking the link in the email the user is supposed to enter the Admin Dashboard to edit the (edited) post.
I don’t know how the link is generated in the email, I’m sure it’s not hard coded but I will find this out for you.
wp-admin/post.php?post=1&action=edit is indeed the link format used in the emails.
I’ve not yet updated to the latest version of the plugin which I see the way Hide Backend has changed. I will do this first and see if it fixes this issue.

Self fixed!
For those that experience a similar problem. I simply deleted the .htaccess file from my admin folder on my server. I was then able to log in to the old login url cms/wp-admin. Once in the admin area I removed the option in Better WP Security to hide admin area. On saving it created a new .htaccess file automatically.
All done.
awesome

In reply to: Hide sub pages from top navI’m a relative beginner, I checked the links in your post, where do I put this code?
Thanks
thanks for the reply,
I’m calling it with:
[autonav display=”images” pics_only=”1″ columns=”4″]It still only displays 3 columns, the thumbnails are certainly small enough to fit at least 4 columns:

In reply to: Thumbnail gallery first image from pagesHey there,
Great plugin, though I can’t adjust the amount of columns. It seems the plugin is a certain width. I just want to have 4 columns, is there an easy way to do this?
Thanks,
Tom

In reply to: latest posts issuesIt doesn’t add the title at the top of my latest posts, it only adds the page title to the top menu. How do I add the title as on the ABout Us page at the top of the body text?
Thanks again, Tom.

In reply to: How can I add a title to my latest posts page?I mean I’d like to have a title at the top of my posts. If you look on the ‘About Us’ page where the title ‘About Us’ is in blue at the top of the body text.
I’d like to add the same style title to my latest posts page but the only place I can see to do it is on the singlepost php file, but that will add it to every post. I just want it as my main title. Make sense?
Thanks,
Tom
